Representing Melbourne and Brevard County on regional, national, and international stages — our dancers train and compete at the highest levels of classical ballet. Competition is by invite only from the Artistic Director.
Training and Competing at the Highest Levels
The Brevard Ballet Academy Competition Team is designed for dedicated and gifted dancers seeking additional opportunities to grow as artists and performers. Guided by the precision and discipline of the Vaganova method, students prepare solo variations and ensemble works in both classical ballet and contemporary dance for performance at some of the most respected competitions in the world.
Participation provides students with valuable opportunities to earn scholarships and invitations to prestigious summer intensives and year-round training programs across the country while continuing to develop their technique, artistry, and confidence.
